Our excellent production of Pasta and Rice starts with a scrupulous selection of the ingredients, and it continues through our hydroponic cultivation. Our offer also includes some baked delicacies such as our Taralli, a “must-eat” if you wish to taste a bite of Italy.
Through hydroponics, every plant is watered via a computerized irrigation system which constantly brings water and all the necessary elements for the normal mineral nutrition of our crops. This is why our pasta and rice come from controlled productions that are monitored both under a qualitative and sanitary perspective all year long.

The perfume of wheat, its color, and the light which emanates from every shape of pasta are all precious elements that need to be recognized from the very beginning to really be experienced best.
Quality rice is a precious ally for the health and well-being of our body, as it is a complete cereal full of starch and highly energetic, complex carbohydrates. For these reasons it is important that it be toasted to the right extent and grown with the proper care and attention.
