I have received my order but one or more products are broken. What can I do?

We are committed to packaging our products with maximum care to ensure they get to their destiantion safe.
However, in case one or more products get damaged along the way, we will ship them to you again at our expenses. Send us an email at info@valgioshop.it with a description of the damaged products and the relative pictures. We will get back to you as soon as possible for the new shipment.

Do all the products in the ecommerce belong to Valgiò?

Absolutely yes. Our products are all healthy and genuine, realized with fresh ingredients that are grown through hydroponics. We offer a wide range of products for which we employ tested ingredients of the highest quality that have no equals

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods you can use to shop on our ecommerce are Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and PayPal

Is there a minimum I must spend to purchase on your ecommerce?

No, there is no minimum spending required.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is equal to €8 for shipment in Italy.

Shipping is free for orders equal to or higher than €60

Do you ship internationally?

We can currently ship our products all over Europe.

What about delivery times?

We ship within 48/72 hours all over Italy and within a week for the rest of Europe.
